Location: Bessemer, AL (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Friday–Monday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Work Schedule: Weekend AM support

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and delivery teams while providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and drivers.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

Required:

• Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• At least 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Call center experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Schedule

This is a weekend-focused position:
