Job Type: 06 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $18.75/hour on W
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced delivery environment. You’ll help keep deliveries on track, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate order changes while providing excellent service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes and cancellations to delivery orders
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Work with customers, drivers, and business partners to provide timely solutions

What You’ll Need

Required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of related customer service experience
• Previous call center experience
• Experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics
• Ability to remain professional while resolving challenging customer situations
