Seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced auto repair environment.
- Manage appointments, insurance authorizations, and repair orders using CCC One system.
- Coordinate vehicle rentals and update related systems accurately.
- Maintain communication logs with customers and insurance partners.
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to WOW (Wow Operating Way) standards.
- Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have a high school diploma, 1+ year administrative/customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills required.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential bonuses.
