Role: Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do:
• Review and process benefit applications, status updates, and verification requests
• Validate supporting documents and research applicant records as needed
• Calculate benefit information and support updates or recalculations
• Prepare applicant letters, authorizations, and follow-up communications
• Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and keep cases moving
• Support phone-based member service needs when needed
Core Tech & Skills:
• Administrative processing, account servicing, customer support, loan processing, or application review experience
• Strong document review and data validation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage sensitive member information professionally
• Comfortable meeting daily productivity goals
• Microsoft Office and general case management systems
Nice to Have:
• Prior retirement plan or pension administration exposure
• Experience supporting a contact center or member services team
