Customer Service Representative
Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading manufacturing company supporting customers in the commercial, military, and aerospace industries.

Youll play an important role in making sure customer needs are handled accurately and efficiently from the initial inquiry through order fulfillment.
What Youll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for commercial, military, and aerospace customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and support requests.
- Work with RFQs, RFPs, and contract review processes for defense and aerospace customers.
- Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately using an ERP system.
- Partner with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Sales to make sure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor orders and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Help resolve customer issues involving product quality, delivery, or documentation.
- Support the sales team with customer information, reporting, and follow-up.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing, defense, or aerospace.
- Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Familiarity with military/aerospace industry standards is a plus.
