Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $17.82 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; one Saturday per month: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Employment Type: W2


ROLE IMPACT
Provide professional customer service and administrative support by assisting individuals and families through the eligibility, enrollment, and benefits process. Success in this role is driven by accurate documentation, compassionate service, and efficient coordination of participant services.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interview applicants, verify eligibility, complete required documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Issue Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) benefits, perform data entry in Texas WIN and XP software, and maintain reports and inventories.
• Collect participant information including medical history, finger-stick blood samples, heights, and weights while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Greet participants, answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain files, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Review immunization records, provide referrals to appropriate health and social service agencies, and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, education, community services, or social services.
• Bilingual communication skills required.
