Job Title: Customer Service Representative Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Pay: $22/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: 6 weeks

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for
- Managing heavy call volume, providing friendly and professional assistance to customers
- Assisting customers with completion of various forms and documentation - Inputting data accurately into the system, ensuring basic to moderate data entry tasks are completed efficiently
- Supporting the team with repetitive project work to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintaining a positive attitude and empathizing with customer needs
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have -
- Bilingual Spanish and English language proficiency, both spoken and written
- Prior experience working on phones in a customer service capacity
- Comfortable with data entry tasks, from basic to moderate levels
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Location & Schedule
