Customer Service Representative – Bilingual: Spanish/English
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Odessa, FL 33556 – This position is onsite
Type: Direct hire
Schedule: Full time (40) hours
Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm and Friday 9am-6pm OR
Four (10) hour days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am-7pm
Job description:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls regarding customer credit accounts, averaging approximately 75 calls per day.
- Verify customer application information, assist with account inquiries, and provide professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records, process account updates, prepare documentation, and follow all company communication and compliance procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers and merchants by resolving issues efficiently and escalating concerns to management when appropriate.
- Support overall team operations by preparing correspondence and assisting in additional areas as needed to maintain workflow and team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
