Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: St. George, UT

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support patients by scheduling health screenings, answering inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience. What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to schedule patients for health screenings and appointments
• Assist patients with questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Handle a high volume of patient interactions while maintaining professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolve patient concerns and identify appropriate solutions
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in medical customer service, healthcare scheduling, call center, or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus
