American Welding & Gas (SILVERTIP PROPANE DIVISION) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Billings, MT.Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for customer growth and retention through sales and customer service efforts. Directly address customer requests/concerns for the company and/or efficiently route those inquiries accordingly. Accurate and efficient entry and distribution of all customer orders. Daily sales entry. Past due customer collection calls. Participate in self-directed work team environment. Additional duties and special research or administrative projects as assigned. Qualifications & Education Requirements: HS diploma or GED. At least one year of Customer Service/Operations Support preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook and Excel). Adapt easily to new software, multiple information management dashboards. Preferred Skills: Pleasant, professional and courteous personality. Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and flexible. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines. Superior focus in an environment of distraction and outstanding "follow-through" skills.
