JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between manufacturing operations and the customer to ensure accurate order processing, communication, and delivery coordination. This role supports daily customer service activities, maintains critical system data, and works closely with production, shipping, and internal teams to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
