Our growing Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution center seeks a results-driven Customer Service Advisor to enhance customer experiences.
- Provide accurate information professionally, handle issues like order details, product defects, and freight questions.
- Engage with customers positively, resolve issues, record service tickets, and escalate as needed.
- Support team efforts, embody company values, and maintain professionalism.
- Answer overflow calls, process orders, follow up with customers, and perform sales tasks.
Qualifications: High school diploma/GED, 2+ years customer service, strong communication, multitasking, software skills, positive attitude.
Preferred: Associate degree or 5+ years experience.
