We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative in Draper, UT! This on-site position is for a candidate who is focused on providing high quality customer service and is able to support the overall daily business operations. Daily Responsibilities as a Customer Service representative:
- As a Customer Service representative communicate with customers in a professional and productive manner to ensure their needs are met
- Manage customer inquiries, concerns and service requests efficiently and effectively
- Create personally-tailored solutions for customers’ concerns/problems
- Support daily business initiatives by maintaining client relationships and serving as a main point of contact for customers as the Customer Experience Associate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily objectives for the local business are met and carried out efficiently
- Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate business accounts

Qualifications to be a Customer Service representative:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Detail-oriented and able to understand the importance of keep accurate records with regards to onboarding new clients/assisting existing clients
- Understands the importance of customer service and satisfaction
- Productive, reliable and a team player
- Willing to learn and assist with business operations
- Able to work on-site in Draper, UT
