Spartan Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Bowling Green, KY and play a vital role in ensuring seamless shipping and receiving operations. This shift will be from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Thursday through Saturday, with alternating Sundays, starting at $22.00 an hour. Requirements

Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Spartan Logistics, you'll help ensure smooth and efficient operations by:
  • Managing shipping and receiving processes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Organizing and maintaining a well-structured office environment.
  • Conducting physical inventories on a weekly and quarterly basis.
  • Processing billing accurately and on schedule.
  • Providing training and direction to employees when needed.
  • Supporting internal projects and assisting with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
