Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well established company in Bowling Green.

This position will process customer purchase orders, enter and verify order information, communicate with customers by phone and email, resolve order and pricing issues, and work closely with the Sales Team.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 3 to 5 years of customer service or data entry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office required
• Experience with EDI, Salesforce, customer portals, or Conexiom is a plus
• This is a computer based position requiring extended periods of time at a computer.
