Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage updates
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Support the sales team with policy servicing needs
• Maintain accurate client records

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
