Black Diamond Kids Center in Brentwood, CA is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our team! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist families, children, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about programs and services
• Process registrations, payments, and scheduling for programs and activities
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and front desk operations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor, especially around children and families
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale or scheduling software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Must pass a background check in accordance with child safety requirements
