Full time customer service representative managing the needs of existing residential insurance customers. No evenings. No weekends. No cold calling. Will train, although current Property and Casualty Insurance license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to provide excellent personalized service and address inquiries regarding personal line insurance offerings

Assist clients with directing them in the claims process and facilitating to ensure efficient and effective resolution.

Oversee policy renewals and ensure accurate customer profiles and policy information in the management system.

Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant team members and offering pathways to a solution to meet the customers' needs and expectations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, comments and actions taken.

Possess a goal of obtaining an insurance license within 90 days of hire, secured by in - house education, professional pre-licensing classes and Pennsylvania licensing and processing, paid for by Gallina and Sons.




Requirements

Education: Commitment to obtaining a property and casualty insurance license promptly after hire if not already acquired.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance customer service is preferred but will train.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

Technical Skill: Familiarity with industry-related tools expected (eg Microsoft Office).

Flexibility: Ability to work both independently as needed and within a team setting.

Motivation: Strong desire to provide personalized service and customer satisfaction.

Transportation: Current driver's license and vehicle equipped to arrive at work Monday through Friday.
