Track and manage client inventory with accuracy
Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with clients
Build and strengthen client relationships through excellent service
Identify issues and provide effective solutions
Use Excel for reporting, tracking, and data organization (beyond basic level)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data management, pivot tables preferred)
