As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our agency. You will be the first voice our clients hear when they call, and the person who guides them through their questions with patience and care. Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Answer incoming client questions with kindness and clarity.

Assist our neighbors in Burnsville with basic account updates and policy inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our database.

Collaborate with the rest of the office to ensure every client leaves the conversation feeling supported.

Manage administrative tasks that keep our daily office operations running smoothly.

Provide thoughtful and accurate information regarding our various protection options.

A Property and Casualty License is preferred but not required.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and office software.

Clear and warm verbal communication style.

Patience and a genuine desire to help people solve problems.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is helpful but not required.

Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to our Burnsville office.
