AWC is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for builders, contractors, project managers, and internal teams, helping ensure cabinet projects move smoothly from order entry through installation.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the cabinet order process.
- Process customer orders, revisions, and change requests accurately.
- Coordinate with project managers, warehouse personnel, purchasing, scheduling, and installation teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Provide updates on order status, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns, shortages, damages, warranty requests, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Review purchase orders, work orders, and project information for accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks that support daily operations.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in construction, cabinetry, manufacturing, flooring, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
