What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll create outstanding customer experiences while helping homeowners schedule the HVAC and plumbing services they need.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text
- Work closely with dispatch, service technicians, and other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Meet individual and team scheduling and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, reception, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling multiple calls and tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs while speaking with customers
- Experience with Microsoft Office and customer management software is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
