The Role

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you’ll handle both inbound customer callsandoutbound speed-to-lead follow-ups.

When a new lead comes in, speed matters—you’ll be expected to respond within minutes.
This is a role for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and confidently engage customers.

What You’ll Do

  •  Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries 
  • Make outbound calls to new leads quickly (speed-to-lead follow-up)
  •  Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately 
  •  Handle multiple conversations and tasks at once 
  •  Maintain accurate data entry and job details 
  •  Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams 
  •  Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience 
What We’re Looking For

  • Dependable and reliable – you show up and perform consistently

  •  Confident on the phone (both inbound and outbound calls
  •  Strong communication skills (must speak English proficiently
  •  Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure 
  •  Positive attitude and team-first mindset 
  •  Electrical or home services experience is a plus (not required)
Requirements

  •  Must be located within 60 minutes of our office
  •  Open to a hybrid schedule (in-office + remote) 
  •  Available for evenings and/or weekends as needed 
Compensation & Performance Bonus

  • $16–$22 per hour (based on experience) 
  • Performance-based bonus structure tied to results 
Bonus Opportunities:

  •  Bonus for appointments booked from inbound + outbound calls 
  •  Bonus for speed-to-lead response time (quick follow-up wins) 
  •  Bonus for show rate / quality bookings
