We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time role.

Key responsibilities include serving as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems, processing orders, quotes, and returns accurately, and providing product information and support.

The role involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment, maintaining customer records in CRM, troubleshooting issues professionally, and supporting sales efforts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or higher, previous customer service experience (preferably in industrial settings), strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and excellent organizational abilities.

Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.
