Customer Service Representative
Location: Canton, MI 48188
Duration: Contract
Max Pay Rate:$18/hr
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will communicate with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve service issues, and provide an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress.
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
- Scan and verify delivery documentation.
- Accurately document customer interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the work location.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
