    Job Description

    Customer Service Representative 
    Location: Cape Girardeau, MO  

    Tri-State Water, Power & Air is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll primarily assist customers over the phone—answering questions, scheduling service or maintenance appointments, and ensuring a great experience every time. 

    Responsibilities: 
    • Provide friendly, professional support to existing Tri-State customers via inbound and outbound phone calls 
    • Schedule service and maintenance appointments efficiently and accurately 
    • Follow up with customers to ensure appointments are completed and their needs are met 
    • Document interactions in company systems with attention to detail 
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery 
    • Help maintain a positive and productive work environment 
    What We’re Looking For: 
    • Friendly, dependable, and professional phone presence 
    • Great communication and conversation skills 
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
    • Schedule flexibility and the ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during business hours (every other Saturday required) 
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus

    Hours of Operation: 
    Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM 
    Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM (every other Saturday required)
