Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Carlsbad, alifornia. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Providing accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and offering appropriate solutions.
• Documenting customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain a cohesive work environment.
• Continuously improving through feedback and actively seeking ways to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay:

$20 - 25 per hour
