• Mon–Fri (7:30AM–5:30PM or 8:00AM–5:00PM)

ROLE IMPACT

As a key point of contact for city residents, this role supports the delivery of high-quality public service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and manage inbound and outbound phone calls

• Deliver excellent customer service to city residents

• De-escalate calls with professionalism and empathy

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English

•2+ years of customer service or call center experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Office phone systems

• CRM or ticketing platforms (preferred)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with city or municipal processes

• Prior experience in public-facing roles
