Customer Service Representative

Monitor Manufacturing produces six and eight-inch steel wheels and is one of the major suppliers in the golf cart, lawn and garden, and trailer markets. Position summary: Provides excellence in customer service through a strong understanding of customer needs, strong project management skills and focused on completing assignments. Ability to build customer relationships through strong interpersonal skills and problem solving capabilities.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED is required At least two years of relevant experience in the field or in a related area is required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handles assigned customer territory with skill and professionalism taking care of the customer's needs and requirements Confirms inventory availability or production schedule and communicates estimated ship date to customer Follows up daily on customer orders Follows special shipping and processing instructions per customer Confirms customer pricing as needed Takes and process return of goods authorization request Knowledgeable in performing the order entry function Keeps customer service manager informed of customer activity such as satisfaction with service, quality, new opportunities, complaints, etc. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Performs other duties as assigned
