Customer Service Representative

Seeking a Customer Service Representative to create a positive member experience through exceptional service, new member sales, and front desk duties.

• Greet and assist potential and current members, handle inquiries via phone and in person.
  
• Manage check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member accounts.
  
• Address member concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean and welcoming club environment.
  

• Essential skills include strong customer service, active listening, problem-solving, diplomacy, and effective communication. Basic computer skills are required. Physical demands involve standing, walking, talking extensively, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
