Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: $27.00 - $30.00 / Hour

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing B2B e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and enjoys being the primary point of contact for customers. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience by managing email communications, product quotes, order support, and shipping updates. This is a highly visible position where your responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries across two shared email inboxes in a timely, professional manner
  • Prepare and process product quotes, pricing requests, and order-related questions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide customers with shipping updates, order status, and lead time information
  • Maintain and update product pricing and information on the company website (BigCommerce preferred)
  • Proactively follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and account growth opportunities
  • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently and accurately respond to customer inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a B2B e-commerce environment with physical products
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, communication processes, and workflow efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B, e-commerce, or product-based industries
  • Experience with order processing, product support, or high-volume email communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Science, Business, Marketing, or related field a plus)
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional customer correspondence
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems, platforms, and tools
  • Experience with BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with interest in taking on additional responsibility and growing within the role
