    Job Description

    Clean Energy USA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making sure customers feel taken care of.
     
    Our Customer Service Representatives work primarily with existing Clean Energy USA customers who have questions, concerns, or issues with their solar systems. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, understand what they need, help identify the appropriate solution, coordinate with our internal teams, and follow through until the issue is resolved.
    This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can stay organized, manage multiple customer needs at once, and remain calm and professional when a customer is frustrated.
     
    What You'll Do: 
    • Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a friendly, professional, and customer-first attitude
    • Listen carefully to understand customer questions, concerns, and system issues
    • Help customers understand what may be happening with their solar system and what to expect next
    • Determine the appropriate next step and coordinate with the appropriate Clean Energy USA team when additional assistance is needed
    • Follow up with customers and internal teams to make sure issues are not lost or forgotten
    • Manage customer concerns and complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy
    • Document customer interactions, requests, and account information accurately
    • Maintain organized customer records and keep information up to date
    • Work closely with service, installation, operations, and other departments to resolve customer issues
    • Provide coverage and support for other members of the customer service team when needed
    • Become knowledgeable about our solar products, systems, services, and processes
    • Look for ways to improve the customer experience and our internal processes

    • Is proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with computer-based customer management systems
    • Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company
    Previous customer service or client service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has the communication skills, attitude, and desire to succeed.
