Charleston Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our Client Care team in Charleston, SC. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced veterinary environment and wants to support exceptional client experiences while partnering with specialty medical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments across multiple specialty departments.

  • Coordinate appointment details and ensure medical records and diagnostic images are available prior to visits.

  • Confirm appointments and provide clients with preparation and care instructions.

  • Prepare treatment plan estimates, paperwork, and required documentation for patient arrivals.

  • Provide professional and compassionate communication with clients throughout the patient care process.

  • Answer client questions and help guide families through specialty veterinary care.

  • Maintain accurate records and support efficient front desk operations.

  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and hospital teams to provide an exceptional client experience.

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous veterinary, medical, or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to excellent client service

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and veterinary team members

  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes

  • Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
