Job Description:

Now hiring Customer Service Representative

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service, inside sales, order entry, or administrative support experience
  • Experience in a B2B, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning technical product information and specifications
  • Experience using ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with plumbing, valve, industrial, or flow control products is a plus, but not required

Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Process and enter customer orders accurately using ERP and CRM systems
  • Assist customers with order status updates, product availability, and technical product questions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Learn and develop knowledge of valve and flow control products to better support customers
  • Support internal operations by ensuring customer transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to team goals related to service, accuracy, and response times
  • Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned
