About the Role
Precision Office Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively coordinate between customers, field teams, project managers, and operations staff.


Experience in the commercial furniture industry is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer and dealer communications via email and phone
  • Provide project status updates and follow up on order statuses, scheduling changes, and requested delivery dates
  • Assist with scheduling coordination, hotel bookings, travel logistics, and per diem planning
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and project documentation accurately
  • Update project information and notes in IQ/operations systems
  • Track punch items, change orders, add orders, and pending action items
  • Coordinate communication between field teams, project managers, and operations
  • Support daily scheduling updates and operational reporting
  • Assist Operations with administrative tasks as project demands increase
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration or customer service
  • Experience in the commercial furniture industry strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/project management systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
Preferred Skills
  • Experience coordinating schedules and travel logistics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with operational workflows and project coordination
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
