Position Summary

Join MicroAire as a Customer Service Representative and play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery—and beyond.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a key point of contact for domestic customers and sales reps, handling a wide range of inquiries and service needs
  • Process and track customer orders, demo/sample requests, and ensure timely, accurate delivery
  • Manage service requests and coordinate loaner equipment when needed
  • Support returns for credit and assist with repair-related transactions
  • Set up new customer accounts by researching and entering accurate data
  • Respond to inquiries related to pricing, shipping, GPOs, product details, and financing options
  • Assist with insurance certificate requests and process inbound sales leads
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoicing discrepancies
  • Train customers and sales reps on website navigation and provide product education, including cleaning and sterilization best practices
  • Cross-reference competitive products to MicroAire solutions
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to resolve complex or challenging situations while exceeding customer expectations
