Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a first shift opportunity ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and proven call center experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, billing, or general questions
  • Accurately enter and update customer information within internal systems
  • Provide timely follow-up and resolution to customer concerns
  • De-escalate issues and resolve complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are resolved quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Previous call center or high-volume phone experience required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Schedule:
  • First shift (standard business hours)
Pay:
  • $19$20/hour, depending on experience
