What You'll DoAs an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with existing clients to provide outstanding service and personalized insurance solutions.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, and service requests.
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Schedule appointments for agents.
- Support customer retention through proactive service and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred or must be obtained upon hire
