We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our family-owned gym with over 30 years of experience.
- Assist members to ensure a positive experience during visits.
- Provide tours to prospective members, highlighting our facilities and programs.
- Sell memberships by sharing our values and offerings.
- Answer calls professionally and address inquiries.
- Familiarize new members with our Smart Start Training program.
- Maintain cleanliness to keep the facility welcoming.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
