About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative with Midwest Best Block you are responsible for:
Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers.
Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders.
Working with Outside Sales Representatives.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications.
Assisting dispatch with orders.
Completing daily paperwork.
Forklift experience preferred
Must be able to wear safety glasses, and all other PPE as required
Ability to safely lift and move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment).
