We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for an on-site role focused on providing in-person and phone support to contractors and customers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, installation, and maintenance
  • Creating accurate invoices and sales orders
  • Collaborating with Outside Sales Reps
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining product knowledge
  • Supporting dispatch with orders and completing daily paperwork
  • Handling lifting tasks up to 50 pounds; forklift experience preferred
