Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, installation, and maintenance
- Creating accurate invoices and sales orders
- Collaborating with Outside Sales Reps
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining product knowledge
- Supporting dispatch with orders and completing daily paperwork
- Handling lifting tasks up to 50 pounds; forklift experience preferred
- Wearing PPE and working in outdoor/messy environments
Candidate Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable walking through manufacturing yards
