The customer service representative would be responsible for developing strong and trusted relationships with internal and external customers.

Qualified candidates would have experience within the manufacturing industry, customer service, and business to business relationships.



Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to clearly understand needs and relay the needs
- Develop and preserve relationships by providing outstanding customer support
- Handle a variety of customer service requests and questions via email, telephone and online chat
- Provide feedback to internal teams which helps improve our business and create an improved CX
- Contract Review: Order entry processing and review assistance including and adhering to any unique customer requirements per process, shipping logistics support; design approval and post-sales communications
- Assist in customer account aging reconciliation
- Work Closely with Account Managers/Admins to assist in the growth of Manager"s sales territory including prequalification, quote review and follow up and update CRM as requested
- Help gather applications and other data from customers and prospective customers.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across departments including Request for Information log, late report and expedite request report, others as needed.
- Audit and reconcile backlog and provide status updates to Sales team members and customers of unforeseen delays, problems and manage expedite and status request
- Monitor OEM and major accounts schedules to ensure order shipments meet client timelines and reschedule in ERP and client portals to reflect latest schedules.
- Issue RMAs and work with Quality pertaining to the status of returns and analysis reports and issuing credit memos
- Request, Review and work with accounting to maintain Tax Exempt Certificates
- Maintaining customer specific price list and stock in various portals/ERP systems.
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise update company and customer websites/portals.
- All other duties as assigned for the growth of sales revenue

Job Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred. 2+ years in a sales/customer service role
- Strong computer skills and technical knowledge - i.e. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with others in a dynamic team environment filling gaps as necessary
- Customer Service Experience Business to Business
- Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, to record daily activity and generate reports
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- Ability to learn new products and services quickly
