Summary:- Support customers by processing orders and coordinating logistics
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely communication
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide product information
- Create, enter, and update sales orders in ERP system
- Coordinate with warehouse for pickups and shipping logistics
- Work with accounting to ensure smooth payment processing
- Support sales team with follow-ups and order tracking
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:- Customer service, administrative, or logistics experience preferred
Education Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Additional Qualifications:- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
