Tomorrow, we will power checkout‑free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable, giving us back our most valuable asset: time.ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Representative ensures highest quality customer service and assists the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean.What You'll DoEnsure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate the expedient flow of traffic through the facilityAssist customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipmentGo above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experienceAssist in the management of the day‑to‑day activities of the assigned locationMonitor parkers in pay‑in lanesMake every customer interaction a moment that matters through friendly and professional conductBe willing to assist customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehiclePerform other necessary functions as assignedConduct garage and facility audits as required by managementCount the “bank” of revenue (if required) at the beginning of the shift to ensure starting total is correctMake change (if required) for customers before transactionsQuote rates for parking servicesGive directions to city locations and assist customers, ensuring they get where they are going quickly and easilyResolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisorAnswer telephone in a prompt and courteous manner (if required)Maintain cleanliness of facility and pick up trash in the surrounding areaPresent themselves professionally (neat appearance and in uniform) at all times while at workArrive to work on time for scheduled shiftsComplete any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisorQualificationsWhat you needTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week‑ends may be required.License Requirement: The individual will only be required to have and maintain a valid state‑issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to make change.Language Skills: Ability to read, write and interpret the English language. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, supervisors and other employees of the organization.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions.
