- Experience handling inbound calls and customer inquiries
Preferences:
- College degree or previous contact center experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on accounts
- Respond with accuracy and efficiency, meeting key department performance metrics
- Provide functional support in Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
- Work professionally, team-oriented, and meet performance goals
