Required:
- College degree or previous contact center experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
- Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to world-class service
Preferences:
- Financial services or banking experience
- Experience handling inbound calls and account-related inquiries
- Experience with Cash Management, online banking, mobile banking, or financial services customer support
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts
- Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics
- Provide functional support in areas including Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
