Customer Service Representative (Contract, possible to convert)
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6–12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour during the contract period. Compensation will be renegotiated upon conversion to a full-time employee.

You'll gain valuable experience supporting clients, working alongside internal business partners, and developing a strong foundation in financial services and operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with day-to-day account servicing and operational support
- Process account-related transactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Validate and maintain financial and client data across internal systems
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests
- Support reporting, documentation, and compliance activities
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates are encouraged to apply), or equivalent customer service experience
- Previous customer service or call center experience required for candidates without a bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop within the financial services industry
