Main Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary service and product information to customers with enthusiasm
• Resolve service and product issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
• Recommend additional services and products based on customer needs
• Clarify and address customer complaints with effective solutions
• Spearhead all catering pick-up and delivery orders
• Market the business in the restaurant and the community
• Partnership to meet the needs of the community
• Plan, execute and manage in store and out of store events
