Customer Service Representative (Contract)

Do you have a strong CUSTOMER SERVICE background and the phone skills to match?

*Our client is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for their COLLECTIONS department.*

$20/hour

You are:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, collections, or AR roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong phone etiquette
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• A positive, persistent attitude with a customer-first mindset

What you will do?
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances for your assigned accounts
• Proactively initiate outbound calls to follow up on outstanding invoices
• Resolve discrepancies and invoice issues by collaborating across departments
• Research and respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism
• Document all collection efforts and maintain updated account records
