Job Details

What You’ll Do

Customer Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information regarding products, orders, and account status
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution

Data Entry & Accuracy
  • Perform high-volume, detailed data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Enter and update customer information, orders, and service requests into internal systems

Order & Process Support
  • Process customer orders and ensure proper documentation is completed
  • Track and update order status, ensuring alignment with customer expectations

Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and data audits as needed

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in a customer service role — especially in fast-paced or operations-heavy environments
  • Proven high-volume data entry experience: you’re fast, and more importantly, you’re accurate
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills — this isn’t just a checkbox, it’s the job
  • Clear communicator and a natural problem-solver

Work Environment
  • Office-based role in Clearwater, FL
  • Standard business hours, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
